So I mentioned that Avery tried out Cross Country this year. Well, she did. But it didn't last very long! This was her one and only meet she participated in because she was just not enjoying it. She must take after me, because I only run because I have to! Running isn't enjoyable... I did it to win a game but not just to do it! She is still playing soccer and this was a good experience, especially during the summer time to keep her in shape! But it's adios to cross country. I don't see any of my other children attempting this sport either! Maybe they'll surprise me, we'll just have to see!
