Happy Halloween everyone!! This was a great Halloween, we kept it pretty low-key and enjoyed gathering with friends again in the driveway while the kids trick-or-treated. We also went to the church for some Trunk-or-Treat fun. My favorite part of this particular Halloween was the costumes! This year, we wore what we had... YAY!!!
Ashton was our gorgeous OU cheerleader! This was something we had already and Addie had worn one year.
Addie chose to be the cutest little black cat you can find! She was a black cat a couple years ago, and I was so excited that she wanted to be one again! You want to be a cat? Absolutely!
Austin's costume was the only one we bought this year, but he has been begging for this morph outfit ever since he saw our neighbor, Nate Hansen, wear one a couple years ago. They cover your whole body but you can see out of them. He actually worked to pay for half of the morph suit! This will probably be a lot like his Spider-Man outfit, he will wear it for many Halloween's to come!
Avery was super creative this year with her costume! I was so proud of her! She put on her red jeans, a black t-shirt and our Mickey Mouse ears. The she remembered we had white gloves and added the markings to them and on her feet is yellow duck tape! That's right, she went all out! I loved it!! She is gorgeous!!
So we show up at the church for Trunk-or-Treat, and there we see Mikey Lard dressed up as Mickey Mouse! Believe me, this was not planned out! A few years ago, Avery and Mikey were both dressed as Super-man... again not planned! I had to grab a picture!

This is Avery's favorite crew! Her friends, MaryKate Vaclaw, Izzy Vaclaw, Julianna Ahlert and Brigette Bulleigh.
We also made a stop over at Nana's house to see her and Ann! Their cousins were there too!! This was one of those Halloween's where the weather was nice, and as you can tell, the fall leaves were beautiful! Happy Halloween!!
